How To Fix Xfinity Error Code Xre-03007 ?

This article provides instructions on what to do if you receive the XRE - 03007 - STB is in Suspended Mode error.

This error may also appear as XRE-3007.

When this error occurs, you will see the following message: "STB is in Suspended mode - This issue occurs when the account billing is delinquent and a payment is required on the outstanding bill."

Note: The term "STB" refers to your TV Box.

If you believe you have received this message in error, we apologize for the inconvenience. You may need to restart your TV Box by performing the following steps while your TV is turned on:

TV Boxes with a Power button:

1. Press the Power button located on the front of your TV Box for two seconds.
2. Release the button and wait two additional seconds.
3. Press the Power button once more to turn your TV Box back on. Your service should come back on within a few minutes.

For TV Boxes without a Power button (includes XG1v4 DVR TV Boxes and Xi5/Xi6 Wireless TV Boxes):

1. Unplug the TV Box for 10 seconds.
2. Plug the TV Box back in.
